⟶ The custom algorithmic modelling process builds up an aggregation of polyhedra generating a digital rock which is then eroded, cut and manipulated inside of the computer. The resulting geometry is dealing with undercuts that can only be manufactured through additive technologies, in this case 3d printing with sand.
We are working with a network of suppliers in the additive industry which enables us to print at any scale and detail from micro to macro. We have experience working in various materials such as stainless steel and titanium through SLS technology , PU resins with DLS technology or large scale robotic printing in recyclable transparent PTEG.
